Description

Key Responsibility statement:

  1. Configure and develop ServiceNow solutions across modules to meet business requirements, ensuring efficient and reliable service delivery.
  2. Utilize Now Assist capabilities to automate routine tasks and enhance user interactions, improving productivity and response times.
  3. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective configurations and customizations.
  4. Perform testing, debugging, and issue resolution to ensure stable and high-quality platform performance.
  5. Support basic integrations and data exchange between ServiceNow and external systems for seamless operations.
  6. Follow best practices and maintain documentation, ensuring consistency, reusability, and smooth handover for future enhancements.

Qualifications

Your Skills & Experience:

 

  1. 4–6 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow across at least one module (e.g., ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM).
  2. Working knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs), workflows, and Flow Designer for configuration and customization.
  3. Familiarity with Now Assist capabilities and basic automation use cases to enhance productivity and user experience. 
  4. Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and basic understanding of data handling within ServiceNow.
  5. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred, along with strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
